Recommended Option

  • All loan clients are enrolled in monthly automatic loan repayments via ACH at loan closing.
  • We recommend clients use this option as there is no monthly fee associated with these monthly payments.

Please note that there is a $20 NSF Bank Fee for ACH payments that bounce or are returned.

To make changes:

Allow three (3) to five (5) business days for any changes to take effect.

Other Options

Once your online loan account is created, you may link your bank account to submit one-time payments. Please allow up to 5 business days for payments to reflect on your loan statement.

  • Online payments are limited to $5,000 per week for unverified accounts
  • With a verified account, you can make individual payments up to $10,000 with no daily or weekly limit
  • Transactions incur a $1.50 fee; NSF fees may also apply
  • Online payments do NOT modify your ACH enrollment

My Loan Frequently Asked Questions

Payments are withdrawn on either the 1st or the 15th of each month, as selected at loan closing.
If the scheduled date falls on a bank holiday, payment will be processed on the next business day.  The first loan repayment is withdrawn within 60 days of loan closing, typically the following month.

Please refer to your loan repayment schedule signed at loan closing for exact date and amounts.

At loan closing, clients are automatically enrolled in ACH using the bank account provided. Monthly payments are deducted automatically until the loan is paid in full. There is no fee associated to these payments.

  • Please note your final payment may be less than your standard monthly amount, depending on your amortization schedule and payment timing.

If you would like to increase your monthly payments via ACH, please email pliberors@accompanycapital.org with the updated amount you wish to pay. Please allow three business days for changes to take effect.

If you need to lower your monthly payment amount, please reach out to your loan officer or email pliberors@accompanycapital.org requesting a loan modification.  Our loan support staff will then reach out requesting additional information.

  • Updated ACH Debit Authorization form (signed)
  • Void check or bank statement showing the new account
