Through lending, counseling, and educational programs, Accompany Capital helped small businesses rebuild, create jobs, and strengthen their long-term sustainability.
Key FY2022 Highlights
- Financial Impact: Disbursed $5,994,413 through 204 new loans, supporting 563 active borrowers across New York City.
- Business Growth: Helped launch 26 new businesses while supporting 467 existing businesses to expand, rebuild, and strengthen their operations.
- Job Creation & Retention: Created 95 full-time jobs and 46 part-time jobs, while helping businesses retain 831 jobs throughout the recovery period.
- Inclusive Entrepreneurship: Served a diverse borrower base, with 69% immigrants, 55% women, and 21% refugees among clients receiving support.
- Training & Counseling: Delivered 5,655 counseling hours, 46 workshops, and 87 workshop training hours, reaching 674 clients and 756 attendees through financial education and business development programming.
- Community Advantage Lending: Expanded access to larger SBA-backed financing and deployed 9 Community Advantage Loans totaling $3.35 million, helping established businesses invest in growth and recovery.
