Nancy Vargas, who was born and raised in East New York, the daughter of Ecuadorian and Puerto Rican migrants, is the CEO of DH2 Chauffeured Transportation, a certified Minority & Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE). With offices in JFK Airport’s Building 79, DH2 owns a fleet of 20 ground transportation vehicles.

DH2 got its start in 1995 as a small company with her husband, a native of Puerto Rico, and 6 employees. In 2016, after holding several roles within the company, she stepped into the role of CEO where she has focused on diversifying the fleet.

Under her leadership, DH2 has expanded into new market segments – including Airline Flight Crew Shuttle Service, Government Contracting, Construction Mobility, and Worldwide Service -and now has over 60 employees. The business received two Accompany Capital loans in 2023, enabling DH2’s continued growth.

An active community leader, Nancy serves as a Board Member of the JFK Rotary Club, The Long Island Transportation Association and The Limousine Association of New York, and recently won CEO of the Year. She is the recipient of the 2023 Accompany Capital Job Creator Award.
