Bernard creates colorful and unique sculptures in wire and beads. A graduate of BCNA’s IDA Program, he invested his savings and IDA matching funds to buy supplies and tools for his business. That plus loan from BCNA enabled him to participate in trade shows and create marketing materials, as well as enhance his website and develop an on-line marketing strategy.
