Accompany Capital’s 2024 Queens Borough Report highlights the organization’s investment and community impact in Queens.

 

Queens Borough Highlights:

  • FY2024 Funding: Provided $1,823,460 in loans to 34 small businesses and served 83 operating businesses in Queens.
  • Jobs & Growth: Supported 1 new business start, 18 business expansions, and 64 strengthened businesses, creating 35 jobs (20 full-time, 15 part-time) and retaining 186 jobs.
  • Historical Reach (Since 1997): Distributed $15.5M in loans to 712 businesses. 94.2% of loans supported refugee and immigrant entrepreneurs, while 39% of loans supported women-owned businesses.
  • Community Impact: Since FY2018, Accompany Capital has supported 1,406 jobs in Queens, including 332 jobs created and 1,074 jobs retained.
